Nice, cozy, and clean apartment. We travelled with two teenage girls who immediately fell in love with the upstairs room with the swing.
One thing that felt a bit uncomfortable was the check-out experience. At exactly 11:00 a.m., the scheduled check-out time, two staff members rang the doorbell. We were almost finished and were only removing the bed sheets, as requested in the check-out instructions, so we asked for an additional five minutes. They did not seem pleased and waited outside the door while we finished.
We always respect check-out times and make every effort to leave on time, but allowing guests a small grace period of 5–10 minutes would make the departure feel much more relaxed and welcoming, rather than creating unnecessary pressure at the very end of the stay.
