La casa de la Clara i en Roger es molt acollidora. S’hi està de fàbula al porxo fent el vermut i al vespre descansant als sofàs a la terrassa

Bona localització per passar uns dies al Delta, la casa és gran i ample, perfecte per grups ja que tens el porxo, la terrassa i el menjador. És una casa amb potencial. Bon contacte amb propietaris.
Les instal·lacions: caldria canviar aixetes i dutxes, varies coses trencades com les cadires del porxo, el sofà de la terrassa també, les basures de lavabos i cuina, i la cafetera italiana. Caldria resoldre-ho.
