Appartement très confortable dans un immeuble récent Décoration moderne et épurée Bien localisé : proche des commerces et du tramway Et surtout communication très facile avec Monsieur Mohammed Benchekroun qui se montre très disponible gentil et réactif pour répondre à toutes les questions et les demandes.

Malheureusement, l’isolation sonore n’est pas au point. compte tenu du fait que le ballon d’eau chaude est trop petit, la quantité d’eau chaude n’est pas suffisante pour quatre personnes. Il faut attendre plusieurs heures avant d’avoir d’autres de l’eau chaude, ce qui met pas mal en difficulté pour quatre douches le matin.
