Loved the kitchen area with the pool table and open kitchen for my family to be able to debrief in after the wedding
The only annoyance which is completely outside the control of the homeowner is that the train goes by frequently overnight which is very close to the back of the house so for light sleepers like myself it was a rough night sleep. However it led to some very fun my cousin Vinny references in the morning

Constant freight trains which caused an erratic night’s sleep
Had that had been noted we probably would not have stayed there
