Luxury Studio with Balcony - Close to Metro & Marina

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in JLT! The view was absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the metro and so close to Marina and JBR. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, perfect for both short and long stays. Most importantly, the host was incredibly nice and very helpful, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Truly a 10/10 experience — highly recommend!

The view from the balcony was amazing, and the location, that was close to metro station, supermarked, Marina mall and Dubai Marina.

Due to some repair in the building, there was a water shutdown from floor above 18th all these nights we were there from 12 -5 am. The owner was kind and send us some water bottles. Lugagge storage is not available in the building.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to help us. The appartment is at great location with 3-4 min walk away from the metro, making it a convenient to access mains of dxb! The apartment is on the 26th floor, looks like newly furnished. The view is simply breathtaking. The neighborhood is gorgeous. It's nice to walk near the lake in the evening. Gym and pool in this building was pretty nice. The apartment had everything you need with all kitchen utilities, comfy bed and bathroom with pretty cool shower panel. The balcony is quite extensive. We loved spending our vacation here!

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, magas emeleten panorámával, közel a strandhoz és a metróhoz. A medence és a szauna is nagyon kellemes volt. A tulajdonos mindig elérhető és azonnal válaszolt az üzenetekre. A lakás nagyon jól felszerelt, több váltás ágyneműt, törölközőket kaptunk, a konyhában is minden volt, ami egy hosszabb ott tartózkodáshoz szükséges. A szoba és a konyha viszonylag tiszta, felújított állapotban van.

Sajnos az egész épület bűzlött, így a szállásunk is. Csatornaszag, állott szag, erős lakásparfüm szaga keveredett. Ez nem a szállásadók hibája, ilyen az egész épület. A mosógép büdös, penészes volt. Az egész épületben felújítás zajlik, de csak 10-től 3-ig dolgoztak, ezért ez nem volt nagyon zavaró. A medencés részt néha egyszerűen lezárták, mert az úszómesternek el kellett mennie valahova. A fürdőszoba felújításra szorul, a lakás többi része rendben van.
