En general todo correcto, limpio y era muy bonito. Sergio es maravilloso está atento a todo detalle para conseguir que pases la mejor estancia. Te sientes como en casa de principio a fin.

Il check-in è stato effettuato tramite un'app da scaricare e configurare sullo smartphone, ed è avvenuto senza intoppi. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario ed è abbastanza spazioso. La zona in cui si trova è ben servita da negozi, mezzi pubblici ed è abbastanza vicina al mare.

Il bagno è piccolo e l'attacco del doccino a muro si staccava togliendo il microfono della doccia

Estancia magnífica, para repetir.

El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y esta muy bien ubicado (tanto de la playa como los restaurante y otros comercios). El aire acondicionado y los ventiladores son un plus para el calor. Todo muy limpio y como nuevo. Sergio un excelente anfitrión preocupándose en todo momento de que nuestra estancia fuera idónea. Un bajo muy tranquilo. La cama muy cómoda.

Por poner un pero, hay un ascensor al lado, por lo que se escuchan los ruidos.

Hemos estado muy cómodos en el alojamiento. Perfecto para 2 personas, cerca de la playa y de un gran parking. Las instalaciones muy bien, cama grande y cómoda, cocina equipada…

Opción recomendable en Cullera

Lo mejor es su cercanía a la playa, a unos 300 metros, además de a un gran aparcamiento de tierra. Buenas persianas (eléctricas y no entra nada de luz). Cocina bastante bien equipada, aunque echamos en falta un tostador. Excelente comunicación con el anfitrión. Fácil de acceder por primera vez a cualquier hora gracias a una aplicación de apertura de las puertas.

No nos gustó que la base de la cama tenía un desperfecto que resultaba muy ruidoso. Ningún otro huésped lo ha mencionado así que imagino que será algo reciente. El anfitrión nos pidió disculpas y prometió solventarlo a la mayor brevedad. Otro aspecto negativo es lo ruidoso de la habitación, cualquier ruido del portal, cañerías o piso superior resulta bastante molesto. Echamos en falta una plancha de ropa, para no tener que viajar con la nuestra.

MUY DESANCOSEJABLE

No me gusto nada, el apartamento es un local acondicionado para piso turístico, super pequeño, sin calefacción, pues la bomba de calor que decía no funcionaba en condiciones. Estaba sucio, cosa que no debía de ser pues se paga por una limpieza. Me puse en contacto con el propietario, Sergio, y me decía que lo sentía, pero no me dio una solución. no merece la pena, la cama se movía pues el somier tenia las patas flojas, debajo de la cama había suciedad, detrás del sofá cama había suciedad- Las tuberías del local olían y había un olor super desagradable. El mueble del baño estaba viejo y deteriorado,
