We appreciated that there was access to a dryer.... it was raining constantly during our short visit.
I would prefer if the host simply included damage insurance in the price. For a 1 night stay, the refundable damage deposit had an admin fee that was almost the same as the insurance (which I elected to pay).

The place is very neat and tidy, felt very luxurious. Very good communication by the owners and was easy to talk to. Very prompt responses. Provided with a lot of small things which make a huge difference - coffee, Netflix etc. Location was easy and not far from commonwealth stadium which was useful for us

Very clean and quiet, easy to read labels on every appliance, friendly hosts.
We chose to transit this trip and the bus stop was a little far away. Could use AC or a fan, though we did travel during a heat wave.
