The location is excellent, about 1.5 hours from Miami's International airport. Very close to excellent restaurants and recreational activities (snorkeling, ecotours, bird sanctuary). We loved the pool (very large) and the tennis courts--excellent for pickleball.
I wish the beach was better maintained, but it could have been we vacationed at a time of the year when the sea grass is just overwhelming along the shoreline.

The room had an amazing water front view and a view of the pool as well on each side. It was comfortable and we had everything we needed.
There was a very strong seaweed smell. Smelled like rotten eggs. The beach was not very clean and neither were the chairs and area. It’s not meant for swimming.

The view of the water is why you come and this was great. Every time you look it is a different color. The pool and hot tub great with a Tiki bar right there.
