struttura molto grande, piena di luce, ma soprattutto pulita!, dotata di ogni comfort, ci si sente come a casa.

ci vorrebbero delle tendine sia in cucina per privacy, che in camera da letto perché al mattino la luce ti sveglia, il che non è del tutto negativo però non c’è copertura dalla luce esterna nel caso in cui si volesse riposare un po’ in più.

L'appartamento è splendido, nuovo, mantenuto in condizioni eccellenti e completamente accessoriato. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Marina di Lizzano, che offre un mare fantastico. Nota di merito per la cordialità e la grande disponibilità dei proprietari. Lo consiglio!

The accommodation was completely renovated—very clean and tidy. The rooms were very spacious, and the dining area in the kitchen offered plenty of room. The additional terrace provided a great spot for sitting and drying laundry. Although the parking spaces in front of the property are public, they are under camera surveillance, which is a great feature. The keyless entry system using door codes is also a fantastic alternative to a traditional key. Antonio was very helpful and communicative, always responding promptly to questions or requests. A wonderful place to stay in the center of Lizzano—highly recommended. Everything is within walking distance, and the beach is just a 15-minute drive away.

Unfortunately, the motion sensors are set up so that the air conditioning doesn't run continuously at night, which is far from ideal given the summer temperatures. We also found only plastic plates in the accommodation—something we hadn't expected at this price point. An anti-slip mat for the washing machine would be advisable, as the machine moves around and makes a lot of noise during the spin cycle. Additionally, one of the beds in the first bedroom squeaked loudly, though the owner has already been informed about this.
