-wspaniały widok na ocean -lokalizacja , restauracje i sklepybardzo blisko ( szkoda że nie ma jakiejś naprawdę dobrej restauracji, tylko z tapasami , pizza i kawiarnia) - wygodne materace - dobry kontakt z obsługą - duzo przestrzeni, dwie łazienki

-bardzo brudne okna w każdym pomieszczeniu -hałas studzienki tuż za oknem jak przejeżdzały nad nią samochody, szczególnie słyszalne w nocy -bardzo nieszczelne okno w salonie, są duże szpary, trochę to było niekomfortowe -koszmarny/ wąski garaż i wyjazd niego , naprawdę nieżle trzeba się namęczyć by zaparkowac i wyjechać trochę większym samochodem

Lo acogedor del inmueble, excelente vista muy bien ubicado, ideal para familias que busquen un espacio seguro y tranquilo.

L'appartamento è carino e funzionale ed ha una visuale meravigliosa che ne vale il prezzo È molto vicino ad un percorso ambientale e c'è possibilità di parcheggio, praticamente il paesino si gira a piedi. Ci sono diversi posti dove fare spesa e la fermata del bus è vicina. All'entrata di Puertito de Güimar c'è un grande parcheggio, lì sono dislocati i secchioni per la spazzatura.

Unica pecca a mio parere e consiglio, è sulla pulizia approssimativa, le coperture del divano e del letto erano impolverati e gli asciugamani, seppur puliti di bucato presentavano diverse macchie. Nulla di irreparabile ma sicuramente migliorabile.

Super location, nice apartment with two bedroom, two bathrooms, wonderful view. Very convenient location, private garage, all equipment that you can need. Easy key handover, however instructions were only in Spanish which required some translation. I also liked the town, was authentic and not full-mode-resort-like, few steps away you will find everything you need. Almost next to the building starts nature preserve. You can easily stay for a long time being a nice starting point to explore the island.

Cleanliness could be significantly improved. In some spots were centimeters of old dust, some bulbs were not working, some were cold blue light instead of nice warm LED. Also some furniture had issues and required at least some maintenance. The worst finding was the state of the big panorama window in living room. It's one of the apartment's highlights - and it was damn dirty to the level that the view was completely obscured - I cannot imagine how cleaning staff could have left it like that! We cleaned the window ourselves and breathtaking ocean view accompanied us all the time. There is a dishwasher but we got 0 dishwasher tablets. There were nice ambient lights but no batteries. Such tiny things can really influence the overall experience. With a better care and maintenance it can easily score 10! Small note - garage can be tricky for inexperienced drivers or for larger cars.
