It was clean and neat

Lack of air cons in two of the rooms, it was extremely hot. While fans were provided, which we appreciated, they were sufficient to cool the rooms.

Some feedback that we would like to pass is as following: 1- ACs are missing in the two small rooms. There is a ceiling fan in one room but that only works when roof light of the 2nd room is ON as both operates on the same switch. Our kids were extremely upset due to lack of AC and fans in both rooms. 2- AC in the master bed and in the living room were not operating. We tried both remotes and even with new batteries but they did not work. 3- None of the kitchen cabinet or drawers have the hooks to open the cabinets/drawers. Seems like they were never installed ! 4- Major issue in the master bed is missing toilet door. Zero privacy for families. There is no exhaust fan in that toilet either and bad odor spreads in the entire room as well. 5- Master bed toilet doesn’t have a mirror behind the sink. There is a huge mirror in the back but you can’t shave or do stuff that seeks water sink. Even a basic mirror and a shelf will help. 6- The outside washroom is missing tissue holder. Kids were placing tissue rolls on the floor everytime. 7- Garrage door keys were missing and we felt bit insecure at night. 8- Iron in the house was a challenge to find but then it’s very little (travel purposes). Also the iron stand we couldn’t find until last day due to its hidden location. 9- Internet is very poor. Most of the times we were using my phone wifi. You must upgrade that. Kids were not able to stream movies online or even browse YouTube freely. 10- The 1st room next to toilet, mattress is old/damaged. It’s curved from the center and must be changed. I believe it’s a spring mattress that must be changed.
