Towels are a little over washed and seem a little old but clean.

I have been staying in Rīga hotels for 15 years. This was my first time in an apartment and for so many reasons I will never book anything different now. Firstly, the customer service was outstanding. I called the owner 2 times with a question and he answered immediately. Some hotels don't even offer a phone number and when you need human contact that means you are likely in need for an answer immediately. Secondly, everything about the apartment and kitchen and bed and air-conditioning and filtered tap water was great. Thirdly, it was truly quiet for sleeping. Staying almost anywhere in Rīga's Old Town or peripheral in the summer is SO LOUD as there are bars everywhere or the main road's street traffic and it can be very difficult for sleep. Also, the location was perfect as the central station is around the corner and the Old Town is just a skip away. And lastly, the value for the price during the summer (always more expensive) was excellent. Thank you! Aleksandra from Latvia

The only complaint for me is personal because I have an injured leg and the apartment was on the 5th floor and walking the stairs was a bit of a challenge. Obviously an elevator would have been nice. However, when making the booking I noticed that nowhere was a lift advertised. Therefore it was no surprise.

Le quartier n'est pas top

El alojamiento está en una Quinta planta, en un edificio de lo más antiguo y de la era soviética. A la entrada al bloque, no sabía realmente si estaba en la dirección correcta o el Google map me había gastado una broma. Interior del edificio fantasmal, no hay ascensor pero el piso es moderno y corresponde con las fotos. Ubicación eso si excelente, a 7 minutos de la estación de tren, 10 minutos de la estación de autobuses y 15 minutos del Mercado de Riga, del centro. Está muy bien conectado. Instrucciones por parte del propietario correctas y bien definidas.

El edificio debe pasar a mejor vida, un piso mas del que han realizado una reforma con aires modernos, para poder hacer negocios, pero el lugar es sacrificado, viejo y apagado. Datos a tener en cuenta, tanta seguridad con doble puerta + una tercera la del portal a la entrada al bloque consta de código, más otro código para abrir la keylock más con llave abrir doble puerta. Que dios no lo quiera, te ves en una situación de vida o muerte y creo que es más lo segundo, porque para poder salir del apartamento o para entrar dependiendo del incidente que sea, se demora mucho tiempo y todo puede fallar. Mas que estar seguro, no lo estás! Otra cosa no hay tabla de planchar, hay plancha, pero no tabla de planchar. No hay aire acondicionado y el alojamiento es un horno en verano, la persiana no baja bien.
