Location, location, location. Close to many attractions, nice restaurants and bars. Many stores with souvenirs and Toledo's crafts and art. Mario sent a lot of information about points of interest, restaurants, parquing and much more.
Parquing is a problem, the apartment is in an old building in Casco Viejo and even finding private parquing is almost impossible. Also, the apartment is nice, but not for elderly people. or families traveling with small kids. Lots of stairs to climb up and taxis cannot drop you off right in front of the building. The guest has to walk some 250 feet to reach the door and them, start climbing.
