Location, comfortable and spacious.

Please clean under beds, found empty soft drink bottle under queen bed, ants in 2 beds. Mould under silicon in shower.

This is a great stay for a family as its roomy, has cooking facilities, self laundry, multiple bathrooms and a backyard that you can watch the kids play. We loved the place and really enjoyed the fire. Close to walk to beach, river and playground.

If you’re not local you won’t know this - I once was so I knew this and still booked it due to location. It’s an area that the “P plate” drivers love to do “laps” so they drive down the Main Street of town and down to the breakwater and back past this house and back up the road thunder point is on. So on a Friday and Saturday night we found it impossible to sleep between 8pm-1 or 2am. Would I stay here again on a Friday or Saturday night… no not without very good earplugs and with small kids that not an option. I would stay here on a Monday—Thursday though. Anywhere in the areas I mentioned you will have his issue it’s nothing to do with the house it’s the location. They desperately need a new fridge it doesn’t work. Bbq area need a huge clean up and new bbq.

Excellent location, spacious rooms and amenities

Cleanliness - most of the property was infected with spider web including the barbecue. The barbecue was not clean and hygiene, and therefore we had spent time and effort in cleaning before using.
