Easy Stay in a Great Location

We had a really good stay here. The host was super organised, he provides very detailed step-by-step videos explaining exactly how to access the property, which made check in so easy and stress-free. Inside the room there’s also a folder full of personal recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which we found really helpful. The location is fantastic and being able to park for free was a huge bonus (especially in LA!). The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Overall it was a smooth, easy stay and we’d definitely recommend it.

Loved the jacuzzi, private entrance and stunning view of LA!

We loved how private our experience was. Although there were other guests staying on the property, we didn’t see each other often. Our room was easy to get to and the jacuzzi provided the perfect relaxation.

The property was fine. The remotes in the backyard did not work, but we were able to turn the TV on without the remote and switched the batteries in the Roku with the ones in our room. Once we did that, we were able to watch whatever we wanted.

Peaceful and nice stay !

I was in Apt #2, everything was great : the location in LA (plenty of restaurants under 10mn walk, many famous places to visit under 30mn by car), the typical modern Hollywood house on a steep street, the room, the bathroom, the equipment... and of course , the spa and the view ! (Wow). My car was quite easy to park, there was always spots in the street. The place is calm and peaceful, that was perfect for my stay !

Not really a complaint, more of a small inconvenience — the spa controls are remote, so you have to get out to turn the bubbles or heating on and off. The spa and terrace were actually the main reason I picked this place over others, but it’s definitely not a big deal overall!

Good location for a stay in West Hollywood

Location, perfect spot to reach main attractions in WeHo. The view was brilliant and our room was clean and comfortable. Nice touches like a diffuser for the hair dryer - which I always need for my hair and places normally do not have!

The outdoor space was a bit tired looking and a bit dirty - the hot tub had algae in foam which we had to clean up before using and the deck could have used a hose down. The outdoor furniture looked old and the cushion covers were mouldy. These wouldn't put me off staying in the future - but for the price we paid I'd expect a cleaner space. Also the rules around being outside are strict, we were a quiet group but felt like we couldn't socialise past 9pm unless we went out of the apartment.

Great stay! Clean, calm & relaxing apartment…

The location of the apartment is in a calm street close to the Sunset Boulevard. The host offers you a parking permit close to the house and we never had problems finding a parking spot. The apartment itself was clean and offered the most basic necessities like towels, water etc. The bed was, in my opinion, very comfortable. The rooftop was nicely designed and offered many chances to relax. The jacuzzi worked perfectly and offered a gorgeous view over the city of LA. Instruction on how to use it were easily explained in a video. Moreover, the host responded quickly to requests and offered help when necessary. All in all, a great stay!

Fantastic location with great views

This was an absolute gem of a find for us during our first time in LA! We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back. We rented a car for the 4 days we were in LA and having free parking at the apartment was a bonus. All of the facilities were spotless and well maintained and the host Daniel was very welcoming :) Thank you for making our first stay in LA a great one.

Everything was perfect!

We were so so so happy that we booked this place, because the location was PERFECT. The house and the garden (with a jacuzzi overlooking the city) are very modern and beautiful. Normally we book hotels, but we’re happy we chose this accomodation. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sunset vibes

The apartment was a little gem of a place, perfectly situated for Sunset and beyond. It has a bright and spacious room, with an awesome sun terrace to relax on. The jacuzzi is a perfect way to wind down after shopping or touring around.

It's hardly an issue, but some sugar with the coffee would've been nice. Just a suggestion.

Stunning view in a typical californian house, perfectly located

A great stay in this typical californian house perfectly located in West Hollywood. Very quiet and minutes away from key areas to visit in Los Angeles. Parking in the street is very simple if you come by car. The outdoor area is great and spending some time in the jacuzzi overlooking made us feel like Hollywood stars... for a very affordable night rate :-)

Room 1 is located in the stairs from the house entrance to the outdoor area. It's worth knowing that the two rooms share the outdoor space so you may cross the other guests. This has not been an issue for us as the other guests have been very quiet.

This property was a fantastic stay! Suite 2 was a lovely room with all amenities and fantastic outdoor space, unreal views and such an escape. The host was superb with excellent instruction videos for entering etc. very attentive.

Amazing property, 100% would stay again

We had an amazing stay at this property - it's in a great location close to several iconic West Hollywood bars, and if you're up for it you can even walk all the way along sunset boulevard to the main part of Hollywood (took us about an hour). The area felt safe, and the property itself was quiet and secluded. The outdoor area is shared with apartment 1 but we rarely saw the people staying there over our 4 days and basically had it to ourselves, which was great. The on-street parking was very convenient. As for the property itself - wow! We were in apartment 2. It was small but comfortable, with a big comfy bed and nice bathroom. Microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle were great to have, and the Nespresso machine was a lifesaver for those early mornings. The real star of this property though is the outdoor patio area which is simply stunning. It's a good size with an amazing jacuzzi which we used each of our 4 days there, it heated up within about 30 mins and a useful "how to" video is provided by the host Daniel (who was helpful and responsive when needed before and during our stay). We ate breakfast each morning at the outdoor dining table with the hummingbirds buzzing around, and had dinner a couple of times in the evenings by the roaring fireplace. The views from the property over the city are incredible - we took too many photos to count at all times of day! If we ever come back to LA we would definitely stay again!

Not negatives, just some minor suggestions to enhance the experience for others: -no plates were provided which was curious given there was a toaster, knives and forks! We made do with the bowels and kitchen paper, plates would have made dining in easier :) -on two separate days, people came onto the property for maintenance (jacuzzi cleaning one day, yard cleaning the next) - no issues at all with this, but would have been good to know they were coming e.g. if the schedule was included in the welcome book. -no instructions provided (that we could see) for the outdoor gas fire - we figured it out but instructions would have been good. -there was a BBQ outside but it looked all locked up - no issue for us but others may assume from the posting that there is a BBQ available (we did - may have been our mistake), and no mention in the welcome pack about whether it's usable or not. -the suggestions for restaurants and things to do was great - suggest adding more local cafes for those wanting to know where to get their morning coffee! None of the above detracted from our stay at all - just suggestions!

The view was amazing. Apartment was clean and modern and the location is very good.

We booked the apartment number 1, which is in the lower floor and we heard every tiny steps from the upper house so it was loud.

Wunderbare und perfekte Lage!

Der Außenbereich war einfach richtig cool mit dem Jacuzzi!! Plus die Location war ein Traum!! Das Bett war super gemütlich.

Es war alles perfekt an der Unterkunft (das einzige Manko wäre, dass die Nachbarn häufig etwas lauter waren bis 1-2 Uhr in der Früh, aber wenn man einen tiefen Schlaf hat, ist das nicht so schlimm)

Все было отлично. Заселение прошло без проблем все как описывалось в инструкции. Немного было влажно в номере. Номер отличный. Супер, что выход прямо на террасу.

Минус , что нет кондиционера, но есть переносные вентиляторы 3 шт . Минус хотелось видеть террасу убранной от листьев, которых было не много.

Eine wirklich besondere und schöne Unterkunft in einer top Lage! So etwas macht den LA Aufenthalt erst richtig perfekt! Die Veranda mit dem Blick aus dem Whirlpool ist atemberaubend und alles ist super gepflegt und sauber! Gönnt euch das bisschen Luxus und übernachtet in den West Hollywood „Hills“ 😍 Auch hervorzuheben sind ist der Vermieter, danke Daniel für den netten Kontakt und die tolle Zeit!

Excelente ubicación, vista y confort

El alojamiento es espectacular. La ubicación es perfecta, es solo unos pocos metros de subida a la colina y realmente vale la pena por la vista. La mejor zona de West Hollywood, casi limite con Beverly Hills y a pocos pasos de Sunset Blvd. realmente mejor no se consigue. El cuarto que me tocó a mi era espacioso y tenia todo lo que necesitaba, en baño es gigante y muy pero muy lindo, se nota que hecho a nuevo y con todos los amenities necesarios. Me volveria a quedar sin dudarlo.
