Skats uz naksnīgo Varšavas augstceltnēm. Laba atrašanās vieta, jo tuvumā metro un autobusu pietura. Naktsmītnē viss nepieciešamais ilgstošai uzturēšanās un ēdiena pagatavošanai. Naktsmītne atrodas pēdējā stāvā, piekļuve ar liftu tikai līdz pirmspēdējām stāvam, tālāk viens stāvs tikai pa trepēm. Kluss, jo apkārt nav kaimiņu.

Pietrūka parasts virtuves dvielis un uzkopšanas lupatiņas, trauku švamītes. Nebija tualetes papīrs, kas bija jāmeklē kur nopirkt. ierodoties īsti nebija skaidrs kā iečekoties, jo iečekoties varēja stigri tikai pēc 16:00, dabūjam ilgi gaidīt ārpusē uz sazvanīties. Lika vēl pildīt kaut kādus dokumentus, kas nebija viegli saprotami un vēl prasīja papildus laiku. Kāpēc nevarēja informēt par to laicīgi? Naktsmītni pārvalda aģentūra, kas neuzlabo komunikāciju, jo katru reizi zvanot viss jāstāsta no jauna, jo savieno ar citu operatoru.

Communication with the stuff was not great. First of all, they decided to move the conversation outside Booking, using SmartChat. Then, when we asked for an earlier check-in, they didn’t respond for a long time and eventually said it was impossible. Their check-out is at 11:00 and check-in at 16:00, so they have five hours to clean the apartment for the next guests? No, they have that gap because they want to sell early check-in or late check-out for 50 PLN. After our flight was rescheduled for the next day, I asked if we could rent the apartment for one more day. I saw on Booking.com that it was available for the next day, but not for the day after, so it was perfect, we just needed one extra day. Of course, they again took too long to respond. I wrote on both Booking and SmartChat. On SmartChat, they replied about three hours later and offered a price that was 70 percent higher (400 PLN) than what I paid before. Then, they answered on Booking.com chat 20 minutes after we moved out on next day, offering a price that was 97 percent higher (460 PLN). You can blame the booking algorithm, but they proposed this price themselves. Also, considering that they had one free day before the next guest, it’s not okay that they tried to increase the price by this much.
