地理位置理想，非常安静，让人看到和体会到阿尔卑斯山的静谧，自然和童话故事般的绿草茵茵。老板很热情周到很能干，对客人友善。酒店木屋外面看上去很漂亮，里面紧凑，非常干净。
家庭房中的上下铺床不够扎实，翻身时摇动的厉害，一家人睡觉都多少受影响。

Ein echter Geheimtipp auf der ruhigen Seite der Rigi, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und wird vorbildlich beherbergt. Das Frühstück ist gut, einfach und regional; die Zimmer sind urig, wie von einem ehrwürdigen Bergasthaus zu erwarten ist. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und wurde auch sehr freundlich serviert. Besonders gefallen hat mir der gute "Geist" im Haus, wofür ich mich herzlich bedanken möchte.
Da gibt es nichts, vielleicht nur, dass es etwas mehr Obst zum Frühstück geben könnte, und dass die Zeit im Rigi Burggeist zu schnell zu Ende war.

The views were amazing and location was away from the crowds. Loved the cows walking past every morning and night. The staff were excellent and very welcoming.

Fantastisch uitzicht over de Alpen en vriendelijke waard.
Gedeelde badkamers en in tegenstelling tot de beschrijving is het hotel niet met de auto bereikbaar. Laatste stuk van de reis is met een minuscule kabelbaan, auto blijft na een zeer avontuurlijke bergrit achter op een betaalde parkeerplaats.
