The location was perfect as close to Stores, ATM and Nightlife.
When staff cleaned my room they toss all of My Birthday Balloons and Decorations.

Exceptional staff, and a wonderful room including a very comfortable bed. The entire facility felt very safe and secure. The Palm is among the best places I have ever stayed, and I will definitely return.

spacious room with well equipped kitchenette with Nespresso machine; the reception lady was friendly although could not do much about hotel policy; the small swimming pool was appreciated on a hot Sunday when everything was closed;
1) cleaning was badly done: hair in shower and on the bathroom floor; 2) no access to a cup of coffee/no breakfast facility upon arrival; 3) no map of the neighborhood and city; 4) hotel taxi was a rip off; USD20 to go to the local market vs USD5 on the way back with a local taxi; 5) two complimentary Nespresso capsules provided on Sunday when local coffee shop was closed BUT each additional capsule costs USD5 each (!!)
