Preço e disponibilidade, rápida resposta do anfitrião.
entrada da garagem tem um "vão" grande, poderia colocar uma grade de metal para o pneu do carro não cair no buraco. Sugestão, pintura das paredes do quarto em cor clara, reflete um ambiente mais calmo. Todas as paredes dos quartos são escuras. Sobrado ao lado com outro hóspede que tinha um carro muito barulhento, incomodou um pouco nas entradas e saídas do condomínio.

Keine Tassen, mangelhafte Ausstattung in der Küche, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine… Kissen mit großem Blutfleck, im Bad viel Schimmel.
Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
