Very cozy and confortable apartment. We loved the air conditioning, easy parking, close access to the beach and sea view! Also easy parking, many accessories like code machine with beans :) Great communication from our host Christelle! Thank you

Christelle a tout fait pour répondre à nos demandes et nous arranger. Merci à elle. la vue depuis l'appartement est très belle malgré le train qui ne nous a pas géné. l'emplacement de l'appartement permet d'être très vite en ville avec les bus ou à pied par le bord de mer.

Very kind and helpful host and also the contact Uliana who waited patiently for us to give us the keys. The structure is right inside the Luxhotel property, entering on the right. Accommodation in a single room with kitchen, bed, sofa and table (bar type) on the veranda. Overall good apartment, good apartment equipment, also considering the prices of Cannes. Sea and main road easily reachable on foot in less than 10 minutes on foot, port about 20 minutes on foot.

The unpleasant note is that there is a railway between the apartment and the seafront, at night the trains do not run but in the early morning it can be annoying. There is a strong smell of smoke in the apartment, I reported it to the host, I hope they will solve it.
