We welcome well-behaved and leashed dogs, but unfortunately, no cats. 

The river can run fast and strong at times—please keep a watchful eye on children and pets. 

The mountains are a tinderbox, so please be careful with any kind of flames. 

No use of firearms or fireworks. 

Unlike other river side properties in the area, we do not charge for fishing.

Catch and release fly fishing only with a Colorado State fishing license. 

Do not fish beyond the section of river between the two fences that define our property—the community is very sensitive to fishing rights and maintaining the river’s gold medal status.

No events or parties.

No smoking or vaping indoors.

No more than 15 people and 6 vehicles at any time on the property.
