Its location is a real asset: you benefit from a preserved natural environment while being close to amenities. Anse Mitan beach and the village of Trois Ilets with numerous shops (restaurants, bakery) are only a few minutes' drive away.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family with sleeping areas distributed for everyone's comfort, the house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa and television, ideal for moments of relaxation. The open-plan kitchen overlooking the rest of the living space is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, as well as a filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine are also at your disposal.
On the night side, the villa has 3 bedrooms:
Room 1: has a king size bed (180/200) with its own shower room, dressing room and direct access to the terrace
Room 2: has a double bed with desk and access to its own bathroom
Room 3: has 2 single children's beds
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A third bathroom with shower and toilet complete the villa. For added comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
You will appreciate its shaded terrace with its lounge area overlooking the garden as well as its outdoor dining space. The bar cabin containing an additional kitchen overlooking the pool will be perfect for preparing your meals in a convivial atmosphere. A barbecue is also available.
