POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
Cost: $30 per day
Minimum: Entire stay
Temperature: Will not exceed 92°F
Request: Must be made 48 hours in advance
Note: The attached hot tub can only be heated if the entire pool is heated, and both will share the same temperature.
Important: The pool heater works via heat exchange and MAY NOT function in cold weather. If you opt to heat the pool in colder conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, no refunds will be issued.
Safety Feature: Our pool heaters are equipped with a safety system that prevents overheating in cold weather. If the pump is working too hard, it may temporarily shut off until it can operate efficiently again. This service is optional and may not always be available.
TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose of trash in the plastic bins daily to maintain a clean home.
HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate.
Prior to check-in, the property will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning service. Fresh sheets and towels will be provided.
Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
ONLINE PURCHASES
If using USPS for deliveries, packages will not be accepted as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, and items will be returned to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver to this location.
Some resorts may deliver packages to the clubhouse for an additional fee.
Please note that some resorts may not accept packages at all.

The house was nice and had ample space for people to visit and sleep. However, if you need the property to be cooler than 74 to be comfortable, this is not the house for you. Luckily, our group was only there for one night and we just dealt with the warm temps (upstairs bedrooms were warmer than 74). Also, be aware the driveway will only accommodate a mid-size SUV at most and there is no on street parking. There is overflow parking nearby.
