St Andrews offers a quaint escape from the hustle and bustle of PCB. Very private DUPLEX WITH FRONT AND BACK SEPERATE ENTRY AND SEPERATE YARDS. Private front porch with grill and your own exterior seating, FULL KITCHEN with small dining table and big couch, park10' from your door! Pet welcome with $75 Pet Cleaning Fee. THIS IS NOT A RESORT, it is super clean and safe :) My Moma would say it is a "working mans neighborhood" We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
