PROVENCAL MAS IN LA NARTELLE BY THE SEA WITH SWIMMING POOL
3 km from the center of Ste. Maxime, 200 m from the fine sandy beach of La Nartelle, in a quiet area in a small secure family residence in a pine forest with a beautiful shared swimming pool 20 meters away (deckchairs at your disposal). This Mas with garage and private garden offers you all the comforts to spend an excellent stay. On the ground floor, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, a shower room (double sinks, shower), a separate toilet, a fitted kitchen (4 hotplates and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridge freezers including one in the adjoining garage, food processor, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), and a large living room with TV, home cinema, WIFI, Bluetooth speaker, etc., opening on one side onto a first covered tiled terrace with table and chairs, on the other onto a private garden (80m2) with a large tiled terrace with awning, with table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol and a plancha allowing you to fully enjoy the Provencal climate. From the living room, access to a mezzanine (20 m2) by a staircase equipped at the bottom and top with safety barriers for children, including two single beds, a shower room with toilet and access to a solarium with a small view of the sea. This Mas is well equipped for young children: travel cot, booster seat, baby seat adaptable to the living room table, stroller, table and garden chairs for children.
