The house has its own entrance gate and a covered garage.
From the large terrace equipped with a dining table and a bamboo sofa set, you can admire the superb view of the tropical garden, and in the evening, enjoy the starry vault of the southern hemisphere while sipping a cold "hinano" beer.
The living room has a large sofa and two comfortable armchairs for reading, watching TV or simply enjoying the coolness of the air conditioning.
In the kitchen, you will have an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee and tea maker, and all the necessary equipment for cooking as well as the basic ingredients (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar) and drinking water from the tap.
The master bedroom has a King size bed (180x200) and the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200). They both have blackout curtains and a wardrobe with shelves to store personal belongings. .
The bathroom, with shower and toilet, is equipped with a washing machine and you will have a terrace at the back of the house with a large drying rack, and a pergola to program a possible barbecue.
Bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided.
This villa does not have pool access and wifi is accessible in the common "fare" which is located in the garden of the property.
