Good size room, modern fixtures, plenty of hot water, close to main mall and airport, all the uber drivers we rode with knew the place well and spoke positively about it.

Nice clean room, 2 min walk to modern mall, 10 min drive from airport, pay per use washer/dryer.
Checkin process is easy if you have basic internet/social media skills - might be a bit confusing for people who don't live on their phones.
Only negative is the proximity to the airport - you will hear the takeoffs and landings.

It's a good place to stay. The only problem is the communication because they never answer a text message when you have any issue.
