The Gîte "La petite Suite 81" is a house completely renovated by the owners, built at the beginning of the century. It combines the charm of the old with the comfort of the modern. Enter through the hallway and discover two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor. The bathroom is functional with a vanity, shower, and toilet.
The living room will allow you to gather for convivial moments with a direct view of the garden. Slightly elevated by six steps, "La petite Suite 81" has a completely quiet enclosed garden at the rear of the house. On the kitchen side, a veranda with a separate toilet provides access to the outdoor space: indulge in a meal in the open air or a shaded nap in season.
If you enjoy towns with a rich historical heritage, you'll be a 20-minute walk from Moulins town center. There's something for everyone... Enjoy strolling through the cobbled streets of the old town and (re)discover the former capital of the Bourbons. There's no shortage of ideas for outings: the Le Pal zoological and amusement park is a 30-minute (25 km) drive away, and the town of Vichy, listed as a "Great Spa Town of Europe" and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 57 km away. Traditional and electric bicycles are available for rental in Moulins town center. Non-smoking house.
A small, enclosed and covered outbuilding is available for bicycles, two large motorcycles, or three small motorcycles. Free parking is available for cars in front of the house.
The cottage is equipped with an indoor video surveillance system, which will remain disabled for the duration of your stay.
