Kiva ja valoisa asunto keskellä kaupunkia ja hyvät maisemat kaupan päälle, ihan merelle näkyi. Asunto siisti, vuokraajan palvelu ystävällistä, nopeaa ja joustavaa - kertakaikkiaan hienosti toimi kaikki. Iso plussa kahvit kaapissa ja hyvä kahvinkeitin. Oikein hyvä sänky ja makkarissa pimennysverhot. Ohjeet oli hyvät, helppo sisäänkirjautuminen. Suositus tälle majapaikalle!

Isohko kaksio, jossa löytyy hyvin perus tarpeet, jääkaappi, pakastin, mikro, astioita ja älytelevisio. Näkymä on ylimmässä kerroksessa hyvä, vaikkakin ei ole meren suuntaan. Kemi on valoisa paikka kesällä jos olet ylimmässä kerroksessa.
Vaikka näkymää on ylimmästä kerroksesta, niin ei Kemi ole joka suntaan hieno nähtävyys, joskus varmaan ollut. Keskustassa kun on, niin on keskustan äänet, eli öisin rälläävät teinit.
