About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3-story building, right near our resort-style pool and our resident center which includes a gym, pool table, lounge and business center, for a hotel-like atmosphere.
Our staff is friendly and professional, and available to help with whatever you need. Unlike a house-rental, this apartment has the benefit of a full time-maintenance team to help you with any issues that arise. Valet trash is provided (just leave it right outside your door) as well as professional landscaping and exterior cleaning, which keeps the property looking beautiful.
The apartment is tastefully decorated with beautiful wall art throughout, modern furnishings, and many extra amenities and features, including:
Décor – tasteful wall art, prints, and decorative accents throughout, giving your residence an upscale and finished look.
Convertible Sofa – our comfortable sofa opens up to a bed-size sleeper, perfect for the occasional guest
Heated Massage Recliner – oversized rocker/recliner with 8 massage points, 3 massage modes, 3 vibration levels, lumbar heat. Can be used as a rocker, rotates all the way around, and has 3 modes of reclining – 90 degree for reading, 120 degrees for relaxing, and 160 degree almost-full extension for sleeping.
“Smart” Night Tables – built-in reading lights, activated by hand or by motion sensor, adjustable color and brightness, built in USB outlets, and wireless chargers. And of course, drawers for storage.
Extra Blanket - cozy ultra-fleece blanket. Great in case of a guest, if you need some extra warmth at night, or just for cozying up on the living room sofa while watching a movie
TWO! Huge 50” Flat Screen Televisions – Both the living room AND the bedroom are equipped with 50” flat screen Televisions with remotes.
Full Set of Chef’s Implements – non-stick, granite-coated full-size pots, carbon steel knife set, and just about any gadget you could think of, from corkscrew to cheese grater, from pizza cutter to vegetable peeler and more.
Clothes Washer & Dryer – Your apartment is equipped with its own equipment so you can do your laundry in privacy, in addition to our on-site community laundry facility.
Extras – We’ve tried to think of it all – from a state-of-the-art hair dryer, to digital bathroom scale, bath towels, dish towels, rags, cleaning implements – you name it!

Zach was an excellent host. He answered all questions promptly. The apartment and complex had all the amenities that I needed. It was a great place and experience. I highly recommend it and would rent this place again
