About this house rental
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located and beautifully appointed place. This is a brand new townhome located on the southeast side of Spruce Grove, a suburb to Edmonton with a small town vibe.
The space:
This is a great space for families travelling for sports; or a nice place to stay while you are in the Edmonton area for work. Maybe you just need a staycation, or a place to unwind! This was a showhome and comes with all the bells and whistles. It is a beautiful and modern space.
The ground floor has an office space and 1/2 bath. There is a fold-away cot available in the closet in the office.
You can enter and exit the ground floor from either the front door or the attached double garage.
The second floor has the living space and kitchen, as well as a patio.
The third floor has 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a primary bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet, and ensuite with shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack and jill style bathroom with tub and shower along with two sinks. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
Stacked washer and dryer units are in the closet on the third floor.
4 rooms, 4 beds, sleeps 6 comfortably.
This is an end unit located right next to a playground and green space. It is close to the future ball diamond and shops currently close to completion.
There are two flights of stairs in this home so if stairs are difficult for you then we just want you to be aware.
This home isn’t suitable for small children due to the stairs and decor.
We are hypoallergenic and we want to keep it that way. Please refrain from spraying perfumes in the unit. We do not allow pets. If we become aware of an unauthorized animal we will end the reservation and will charge extra cleaning fees to restore the unit to its hypoallergenic state.

The townhouse was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Amy was quick to respond to questions and provided all the information we needed. We appreciated the thoughtfully-curated basket of treats on the kitchen island. It was also great to have access to the garage—we were able to park both vehicles inside when a storm threatened during our stay. I also found the place to be very good value for the price, especially when compared with the cost paid by family members staying in nearby hotels.

The care basket of goodies was a lovely touch. Thanks Amy. We polished those off after our long days of work. Well stocked for utensils, plates, pots, cookie sheet, pans and instant meat thermometer!!!. There were oils, some spices and salt and pepper which were appreciated. There is cold water filtered into a built in jug in the fridge which was nice. Appreciated the compostable bags so we could divert our organics. Could put one car in the garage while the van was outside in the front. Could maybe get two small cars inside. Seating area for meals and sofa for relaxing were nice. The main floor / entrance has a lovely office and the seat for that desk is divine. With four people that are not related, having 3 bathrooms was the best. 100% best decision to stay here!!Spruce Grove wakes up early, so if you keep the windows open you will hear the traffic and the train.

The host was very welcoming. Instructions were clear and the townhome was brand new and beautifully appointed. We had everything we needed and then some.
