Welcome to Bob`s Bungalow at Holmes Ave. This newly updated Park Circle home is the perfect place for your visit to Charleston! This property is just over 1 mile from the vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene in Park Circle.

As you step inside, you enter the living space with a sectional sofa and flat screen tv. The living room flows into the dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

Off the living space, you will have access to the primary bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and share the 2nd full bathroom.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the covered patio area and laundry space. From there you can access fenced in backyard, fire pit area, and game room with ping pong table!

Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
No commercial photography and filming allowed.

My parents, myself, and my adult sibling stayed here while sight seeing in the Charleston area. It was just a 15 minute drive to get downtown in a quiet residential area. Highly recommend!

The neighborhood was quiet and the house was adorable inside. It was just as described. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog.

This home truly felt like a home away from home. Very spatious with all the bells and whistles that we needed. And dog friendly. Phenomenal backyard to relax and enjoy and plenty of space for the dogs to play. I highly recommend and will plan on going back.
