The back of the property is the Joe Rodota "walking trail" that connects Sebastopol to Santa Rosa. It is highly popular with daily dog walkers, joggers and mountain bikers and you are welcome to join them through the small private gate in our back fence.

The house was perfect for our needs. We came from Michigan to host a celebration of life. The home was right near Ragle Ranch park where the event was. The details on this historic home were beautiful. Decor was very fun and fitting. Appliances all worked great and the outdoor space was wonderful for sitting and relaxing. The location is right near parks, stores (including multiple grocery stores) and downtown Sebastopol!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and accommodating. It had plenty of space and amenities. We were able to cook meals, enjoy the hot tub, sit outside, etc. We would definitely recommend the house, and we would stay there again.

Had a lovely weekend getaway with 5 friends. The house had old world charm with modern amenities. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Loved that we could walk to town!
