Perfect location (the view was a wonderful surprise). We loved Hoboken and getting to Manhattan by Path or ferry was so easy, and cheap! The apartment was fantastic and the host couldn't have been more helpful. 5 stars just aren't enough

We are a family of five (42,wife,11,8, and 6) first time as a fam in NYC. Perfect location. 10 min ride to NYC and Hoboken is so great! Gave us a min to breathe. The location, and view are great, but the best part is the actual apartment and host. Constant contact if needed and simple and easy to understand instructions (First time NYCers need to keep all brainpower they can LOL)Seriously, Chris was awesome and this place is amazing. Fraction of cost of what you will get and a 3 min walk to the P train to NYC. We will be back! Thanks so much Chris!!!

The location was just about perfect….just a 10 minute walk to the ferry, PATH and buses. We routinely walked the two blocks to the market and the commercial area filled with dozens of restaurants. The neighborhood was friendly and clean
