About this house rental
Located in Solana Beach, walking distance to everything you can desire, enjoy what this 3-bedroom townhome has to offer. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, guests will find the sleeping arrangements enchanting with the spectacular ocean views. Unwind at our place with a fully stocked house, including all the cooking oils, spices, pots and pans you can think of to enjoy dining in, on our private patio with the sound of waves crashing in the distance. We have beach towels, chairs, surfboards, boogie boards, fishing poles, and more- you think of it, we've got it ready for you!
Our spacious floor plan is perfect for families, with an extra large primary suite with walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom that includes a double vanity.
The other two guest bedrooms overlook the bluff and the ocean- open the windows and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves each night. Truly magical!
Our place is sparkling clean and updated throughout with important safety features such as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguisher.
Our community has all the amenities one could desire while on vacation: 4 pools (one is heated, and two overlook the ocean), pickleball courts, tennis courts, a gym, and two indoor jacuzzis. Take your drinks to the community lounge for an exquisite view of the sunset, or use the private staircase down to the beach!

The Solana Beach Townhouse at Dell Mar Beach Club was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip. The pictures on the website properly reflect the property. It was very well furnished in terms of kitchen, bathroom, and sports items. The host was superb in her communication. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. The check-in/out process was straightforward and without any issues. 10 out of 10!!!

As a couple who have used a number of rentals in Solana Beach in Carlsbad, we found this three-bedroom unit to be the best, yet. It is in a great location, able to park the car right by the front door, and it was basically immaculate. We were actually the first ones to stay in it after it was remodeled. There were a couple minor problems, but the owner was very quick to correct those, which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked, and the furniture was extremely comfortable. And, more importantly, clean. If available, we would definitely rent this again. wststockewestocked.
