About this resort
Consider this luxury resort your home away from home while you visit Avon Eagle County. Perfect for a group getaway, this 3-Bedroom 3-Bath (1804 sq ft) Presidential Suite accommodates up to 10 guests! During your Rocky Mountain vacation, you won't have to worry about a thing because we want to help you experience everything Avon Eagle County has to offer.
This suite is fully furnished with 2-king beds, 2-double beds and a 1-queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional relaxation space. There's a full- size kitchen (including a refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, flatware, and glassware); as well as, fireplace, balcony/patio, a full size washer and dryer, televisions, in-room safe, hairdryers, etc. Also provided are paper products, dishwasher liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent as well as, some personal care products. Also enjoy the fantastic 5000-gallon hot tub, 24 hour a day fitness center, game room, and back patios that include grills, fire-pits and other complementary amenities.
Complimentary amenities include a Town of Avon shuttle to the city's namesake ski slopes! If you need to rent ski equipment, you can do this through Base Mountain Sports, which is connected to our building. Their phone number is 970-949-1009. Skiers really enjoy the ski valet service, storage lockers and secure ski/mountain bike storage.

As you prepare for your upcoming visit, we're getting your resort Vacation Ready by implementing enhanced cleaning protocols, and disinfecting measures throughout the entire resort.
On-site Valet Parking is available for $45 per night; there's no self-parking. Valet hours are from 7am-11pm. If you think you will need your vehicle outside of these hours, please let the front desk know in advance during valet hours. The resort cannot accommodate oversized vehicles, RVs or trailers.
NOTE: Parking rates subject to change without notice.
Basic wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices. For streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for $9.95 per day, $49.95 for 6-10 days, and $59.95 for 11-30 days.
At check in, a credit card is required for the $250 security deposit.
