It was nice and being near that park was nice. Had lots of nice extra things like cookies, board games for kids, and a crib. Would stay here again.

We loved our time in this rental. The house is great and the location was fabulous for our trip- we loved the proximity to wooded walking trails and a playground. The home is also well-stocked and appointed. We hope to be back!

My family and I just spent an incredible week at this Decatur vacation rental, and we can't rave enough about our experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home The hosts thoughtfully provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable family vacation.With Kid-friendly perks: such as . . .portable crib and high chair for our little oneKid-friendly cups and plates for mealtimeEngaging books and board games for hours of entertainmentThe location was absolute perfection. We loved being able to walk to Walmart (less than a mile away) for any essentials and grabbing our morning coffee at Starbucks, just a stroll away. The Medlock Park walking trail was literally steps from our doorstep, providing a serene escape for our morning jogs and evening strolls.But what truly made this rental special was the peaceful backyard oasis. We spent countless hours lounging on the shaded patio, grilling up delicious meals, and sharing laughter around the outdoor dining area. It was the perfect spot to unwind after exploring Downtown Decatur (just 3 miles away) and Atlanta's attractions.The property itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Evolve's management made check-in and check-out a breeze.What struck us most, however, was the sense of community. Our neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood felt incredibly safe. We even made friends with the local squirrel who'd visit our backyard!If you're seeking a warm, welcoming, and convenient retreat, look no further. This Decatur gem has it all.
