Enter into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, which is spacious and comfortable with stylish furnishings. Bi-fold doors step you out onto a west facing deck where you can relax on the 5 seater lounge or enjoy a BBQ at the outdoor dining area, all while soaking up those impressive sunsets. This level also accommodates a queen bedroom with 61 inch smart TV/Apps, full bathroom and laundry.
The staircase leads you down to the master bedroom and spacious ensuite, complete with bidet. From your king size bed you will of course appreciate those magnificent views through a wall of glass where dolphin and whale activity is always a possibility.
The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. It offers filtered water, dishwasher, air-fryer, soda stream, nutribullet and delongi coffee machine so don't forget to pack your preferred aromatic beans!
There is a cosy gas fire for those cooler nights and a large pet chair specifically dedicated for the fur babies - definitely all the creature comforts.

Don’t be mislead by the modest exterior this really is an amazing property. A stunning location with every window having views across the water. The house is like a tardis, and finished to a high specification providing everything you need. It felt a privilege to stay there. Thank you.
