Such an AWESOME location (quiet quiet quiet and so close to Central Park/subway) and a lovely, spacious, comfortable, and clean apartment! Would absolutely return in a heartbeat!

This is a great location. Close to Subway, great restaurants and central park. Location was different than the address given in the listing but not too far away. The apartment was very quiet, clean and comfortable. I plan to stay again. I had to contact them the evening before because I had not received check in details which they are supposed to provide 3 days before arrival. I got in was able to get in the building but was locked out of the rental. The building manager showed up pretty quickly, was very helpful and put me in another unit. If he hadn't been readily available I would have been out searching for a hotel at 11pm. It did take a while to straighten out which was frustraring after a long travel day. I was on the verge of making other arrangements but I'm glad I didn't. It was a really nice place to stay. Property manager Eli saved the day.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Manhattan. Lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the subway is only 1/2 block away so you can easily get all over town. Food markets, restaurants, Strand Bookstore, Natural History Museum and Central Park are all right there! And the apartment - on the first floor, just a few steps up from the street- is very attractive and well-equipped. The owner is a very pleasant person to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for couples. My wife and I loved the place and will be back!
