Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the crackling fire pit, or cook together in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen.

* Two game rooms: kids and adults
* Two fire pits: one propane, one wood-burning
* Large backyard equipped with: volleyball net, soccer goals, lifetime playground for kids
* Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs
* Hot tub for unwinding after a fun day
* Arcade games and Xbox for extra entertainment
* Massage chair for ultimate relaxation
No parties or events. Max 8 cars.
String lights. Per HOA rules and regulations string lights must be off by 12 pm. These are on a timer. They go ON around sunset and turn OFF 10 P.M everyday.
We charge $100 pet fee.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

This was great for our family gathering with 8 small kids! There was so much room for them to play & the downstairs game room was perfect for them. The separate adult game barn was awesome, the view was fantastic & made a great backdrop for our family photos!Our host responded quickly to the one question we had for him.We would definitely stay here again!

We have been bringing the whole family somewhere every year for the last 10 years. Sometimes North GA or Tennessee, sometimes SC or Florida. This place was WONDERFUL. Clean, in good shape, with lots to do at the house and in the surrounding area (Helen, Cleveland, state parks and trails). We played volleyball, soccer, roasted marshmallows outside, and had the customary Newlywed Game and Karaoke competition in the game room. Lots of towels, supplies, & places to sleep as well as a nicely stocked snack and coffee tray for new arrivals. Couples can walk up the hill and wine taste while overlooking the beautiful foothills and meadow. Host was supper responsive to last minute questions. Everyone in our clan gave the place a 5 out of 5 stars. Only slight downside - an extra bathroom would be nice. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kids and adults had plenty to keep us busy while we were at the house. Leonard was a great host. Any questions we had, he replied back in a timely manner.
