Our home is located in a quiet mixed residential/commercial area consisting of family homes and local independent shops with a friendly and safe feel to the area. There is plenty of space for free parking on the street. Shops are within walking distance including a pub, coffee shop and convenience store (groceries)

Our property is conveniently located just a 10 minute drive to the A69 motorway allowing you to access Carlisle on one side and Newcastle on the other. Haltwhistle train station is a 3 minute walk from our home allowing you to access Carlisle (30 minutes) & Newcastle (1 hour).

Guests have access to the whole property.
Guests should be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
Loud excessive noise especially during quiet hours will result in a £250 charge and immediate removal from the premises

Guest should agree with our T&C's before staying with us (Signed)
Guest should provide ID before staying with us
A card authorization hold will be taken on the guests card before the guests stay ends
