This apartment is spacious and light. The building has only 12 apartments and is quiet. The side street location is quiet, and close to a main transit line on Geary Street. The drawbacks to this unit were windows that would not open for air (and this was not addressed for 10 days), beds that were full sized not queen sized (not comfortable for a couple to sleep on), random furniture giving it a "whatever" feel, a TV that is much, much too small to be seen from the sofas, a main bathroom separated from the main bedroom only by a split curtain (and just 6' from the main bed!), polyester bed linens, a "distressed" finish on the dining table, and no storage or shelving in one bedroom.The property is worth it for the location and size, but it is not furnished as a high end property should be. A better maintenance service is needed too.
