We had a great trip. House had everything for us to cook and chlll. Beach access could use some maintenance. Downstairs storage area doors have fallen off due to weather/wear and tear but the rest of the house is in good shape!

Views from every room were incredible! The wide beach was just steps away. The deck was perfect for relaxation.The house floorplan was perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom; however, the house needs some work, e.g. paint, improved dishwasher.

I recently rented this beach house and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps away from the beach—perfect for morning walks and sunset views.It had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious living area to relax after a day in the sun. The outdoor space was a real highlight, with a deck and seating area that made it easy to enjoy the ocean breeze.The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, The host was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.If you're looking for a relaxing beach escape, this is the place. I’d absolutely come back again!

Private, stunning views, proximity to the ocean and quiet are some of the ways I can best describe this property. As for the home itself it is showing some wear and lack of maintenance. The dishwasher has what appears to be black mold in it thus we had to hand wash the dirty dishes all week. The faucet and sprayer were loose and the water pressure low. Other things we encountered included: Toilets that ran after flushing, lights burnt out in the living room, ceiling fans/lights that didn’t work, 30 minutes spent on trying to get a door to lock properly, broken and worn out chairs, dirty/rusted vents, a piece of art sitting on the floor trying to cover electrical panels and generally the inside was dirty and required us to clean the kitchen prior to using. As for the exterior it is very worn with a general lack of care and maintenance both to the house and landscaping. Outside chairs that are broken and a nice big table to eat at but oh no there are no chairs. Went to grill out one day and both grills that were available were either rusted or dirty with food remnants still on the grate. The walkway over the dunes is falling apart with nail heads sticking out. The post stated that there were beach chairs and a ironing board available but those could not be found. Overall for the money spent this property did not meet our expectations.
