Apt #4: Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Perfect temporary home for traveling professional and digital nomad! Classy apartment walking distance to Caribou Coffee and Hy-Vee grocery. Close to several hospitals. Few miles away from the World`s largest amateur sports facility in Blaine city. Large backyard for the furry one and kids to play.

1. No smoking in the unit. Smoking is allowed at designated front porch of building or outside side entrances. A damage fee of $250 will be assessed for any smoking detected in the unit.
2. No parties.
3. We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night
4. Please remove shoes when inside the house, especially in bedrooms which have carpet. Thank you!

To prevent costly plumbing issues and to keep the home comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that only toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. Please do NOT flush:
Flushable wipes (even if labeled `flushable`)
Tampons or other feminine hygiene products
Makeup removal cloths or cotton pads
Paper towels or any other non-toilet paper items
These items can cause serious drain blockages and lead to expensive plumbing repairs. If a plumbing issue is caused by improper flushing, a minimum charge of $250 will be applied to cover the cost of emergency service and repair.
