Our loft is located in a historical building which houses unique features such as a theater, gym, pool table, washer & dryer inside your unit & laundry room in the building. Most unique feature is an attached indoor SKYWALK to the CONVENTION CTR, LUCAS OIL, GAINBRIDGE, VICTORY FIELD & ARTS GARDEN. Lastly, near the Zoo & Indy 500!

-Contemporary decorated 2BR Industrial style Apartment your family will love because no one is under, below, or on the sides of our unit. Close to everything. This loft is centrally-located in downtown Indy.
-King bedroom with full bath.
-Queen bedroom up two stairs with full bath right outside the room also comfy chair that converts into a twin bed and a pack-n-play stored in closet.
-Futon full size bed in the living room linens in closet by the kitchen with an additional twin size air mattress to give you a little flexibility in sleeping arrangements
-Large spacious kitchen equipped with supplies for the inner chef to cook an exquisite meal.
-Air hockey machine
-Washer and dryer
-Keurig machine

Full access to the entire loft except for the cleaners closet.

SECURITY
The home has cameras ONLY on the outside of Loft. In the building and out side the front door is a doorbell ring as part of our security system. ONLY number of GUEST BOOKED are allowed in home. Regardless if they are visiting or sleeping over.
If there is extenuating circumstances communicate prior to booking for approval.
NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS-
You MUST have PREAPPROVAL for MORE guest BEFORE booking
If you have more people at the home we consider it an UNAUTHORIZED PARTY/GATHERING unless you communicated it prior to booking.
Penalty for smoking is $500
