The hosts are absolutely the best I have met in my life. As soon as they found out that the resort is closing due to poor snow, they willingly offered to refund or credit the money for the remaining stay without us having to do any haggling or negotiation. The transaction could not have been smoother.
Our friends staying at another property were denied any sort of refund or credit whatsoever.
Of course, the location, the property itself, the amenities, the interior and everything else about was above our expectation.
