Great apartment and great location, The owner was nice and polite and gave me to do an early check-in. No charge, fixed an issue I had very quickly and efficiently. I would totally recommend this place because it's cost effective close to good hotels for casinos.
Everything was great. Maybe the water in the shower doesn't go to the drain fast enough, but that's a non-issue and we will fixed I assume

Best place to stay in Batumi, cozy room, perfect location, nice hosts, everything was great. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Batumi and I’m pretty sure that staying in similar hotels and apartments is much more expensive usually, this is the best price for such service.
