Friendly staff, large clean rooms, delicious breakfasts.

The bed was especially comfortable. You realize they made an effort to make everything look valuable. Also I was welcomed by a nice English speaking young woman. AC worked fine as well.

I gave my laundry right after check in around 2pm. They promised it would be ready by check out. It seemed to be a big surprise that I asked for my laundry at 9:15 am the day after. The guy at the reception said it would have to dry a third time because of some dryer malfunction. It was 30 degrees outside. The day before. I don't know what happened exactly, but it seems they forgot to wash the clothes on the same day and lied about it. I postponed my ride because he said they would be dry in 1 hour. When I finally asked for my clothes at 10:30, they were all still wet and he got them from outside (and as it seemed not out of a malfunctioning dryer). Also, he actually wanted me to pay because some clothes were dry, most of them being quick drying laundry like a microfibre towel. Now I am stuck in a 6h car drive with all of my clothes being wet before an important hike tomorrow. I should be compensated rather than paying for laundry...
