Beaucoup de qualité pour cette location : situation parfaite à Epinal, appartement très propre, décoration moderne, lits confortables, terrasse plutôt agréable et logement totalement équipé. La place des Vosges est le centre de beaucoup d'animations en été et il y a un restaurant avec une grande terrasse en dessous mais cela n'a posé aucun problème de gênes à cause du bruit. Actuellement la meilleure location sur Epinal!

Location in the middle of town. Parking at the market was right nearby. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher and underfloor cooling. All very nice.
The Terrasse was a terrace, yes, but it opened up to an old courtyard full of pigeons and broken windows. We didn't use it. The square gets rather loud on weekend evenings, which is to be expected. The windows block out the sound for the most part (except for when unruly teenagers/employees(?) from the nearby Le Pub create a disturbance all night).
