El lugar en general muy bien, la habitación tal como se describe en la página, así como el resto de las instalaciones. El personal atento y amable. La comida del restaurante muy buena, todo estuvo delicioso. La cama y almohadas súper cómodas.
Nos preguntaron la hora de llegada, indicamos 2.30 pm (media hora antes del check in), pero por obras en la carretera demoramos y llegamos 4 pm. La habitación no estaba lista, tardaría media hora en arreglarla. Aprovechamos para comer.
La habitación confortable, pero desprendía un olor particular no muy agradable.

宿泊当日チェックイン時に昨夜の大雨で部屋が被害を受け、宿泊できない事を告げられました。初めての彼女との旅行だったので、大変ショックを受けました。事前連絡をしてくれていたようですが、実際には連絡が来ていませんでした。途方に暮れていましたが、スタッフのロベルトさんが非常に熱心に対応して頂いたお陰で何とか別の宿ではありましたが宿泊でき、カントヤフェストを楽しむ事が出来ました。
事前連絡がつかない状況であれば、代替えの宿を手配するなど方法はあったはずなので、不測の事態での対応方法を決めておいて欲しかったです。
